L'Oreade Dining
For your Breakfast
A delivered French Breakfast for every morning of your stay is available. The service is 35€ per person per week and is payable on arrival. This will include:
- Fresh Croissant, Pain au Chocolat & Baguette(Baguette only on a Monday when the Boulangerie is closed.)
- Butter, jam, sugar, tea, coffee, milk, orange juice and fresh fruit
An Evening Meal
We are also able to provide your party with a 3-course Evening Meal, including (reasonable) wine, beer and soft drinks. The cost of the service is 28€'s per person, payable on the night. We do require 48 hours notice. Prior notice of any special dietary requiriements should also be advised.
A set menu will be chosen by the chef for the night selected and below an example of the sort of things that might be provided for you:
Starters
- Asparagus wrapped in Parma Ham with Mozarella accompanied by a balsamic dressing
- Crevettes Alfonso (shrimps with mushrooms duxelles, sherry and fresh herbs)
- Garlic Mushrooms with Prawns
- Herb filled Mushrooms with a grilled blue cheese topping
- Avocado, Grapefruit and Prawn cocktail
- Beef Carpaccio
- Chachouka (sauteed peppers baked in the overn with an egg and parmesan to serve)
- Moules Mariniere (when available)
Main Courses
- Seafood Pie
- Malaysian Seafood Curry
- Anita's Honey Grilled Salmon
- Coq au Vin
- Hot Chicken and Green Pepper Pie
- Stir Fry Garlic Pork
- Steak and Ale Pie
- Spicy Beef with Asparagus
The above main courses will be served with potatoes or rice and a salad or a vegetable side dish
Desserts
- Raspberry Cream Dessert
- Fruit Tart
- Profiteroles with Chocolate Sauce
- Crepes Normande (pancake cake filled with apple puree, topped with a lemon and brandy sauce)
- Chocolate Torte
- Individual fruit filled meringues with creme chantilly
- Fruit Crumble
