A beautiful newly built chalet divided into three appartments with superb views down the valley of Sixt and surrounded by the awe inspiring dramatic mountains of the Grand Massif. Situated in Maison Neuve within easy walking distance of the village of Sixt. 50 meters from the debutante slopes of Sixt fer a Cheval. 10 minutes walk to the slopes of Sixt and the Caisse where you can purchase your ski passes for the immediate area or part or all of the Grand Massif and five minutes from the ski bus stop which takes you to the Grand Massif Express lift leading to the 265km domain - The Grand Massif.

Ground floor appartment with open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. One twin bedded room, one double sofa bed in the sitting room. Seperate WC and bathroom with shower. Fully tiled flooring with under floor heating. Dishwasher, microwave, ceramique hob unit, electric oven, refridgerator. TV, DVD.
The living area gives a lovely feeling of space with large double glazed doors leading onto a terrace overlooking the valley with the delightful meadows sloping away from the chalet itself. Garden furniture and barbeque are also provided.
Le Nant-large, 2- 5 persons
Ground floor appartment with open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. One bedroom with two bunks and one single bed, one double sofa bed in the sitting room. Seperate WC and bathroom with shower. Fully tiled flooring with under floor heating. Dishwasher, microwave, ceramique hob unit, electric oven, refridgerator. TV, DVD.

Both these appartments have access to a shared utility room with drying facilities and washing machine adjacent to Le Nant-large.
La Pleureuse, 8 - 10 persons
The largest of the three apparments - a beautiful spacious appartment sleeping 8/10 persons
On the ground floor: An open plan living area comprising kitchen, dining area and sitting room. Double bedroom adjacent to WC and separate bathroom with bath and shower attachment. The living area has a woodburning stove, TV, DVD and also a double sofa bed. The kitchen includes microwave, electric oven, hob unit, refridgerator and washing machine. The Mezzanine: 1 twin bedded room. Second floor: two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower and a seperate WC.
Double glazed doors lead from the living area on to a terrace once again surrounded by superb views. Garden furniture and BBQ is also provided.
All the appartments have electric central heating and under floor heating. In the larger appartment, La Pleureuse this is on the ground floor only.
The appartments are beautifuly kept and provide superb holiday homes in a wonderful environment. They themselves are named after the local waterfalls, two of which; the Nant-large and Le Saubody can be seen from the Chalet appartments and combined are called the The Cascades. Indeed the well known and picturesque 14km run from the top of Flaine is also named after the same waterfalls and it eventually finishes alongside these falls as it descends into the valley of Sixt, the final part of the zig zag descent being seen from the appartments.
